Belle Vue’s Scott Nicholls and Coventry’s Danny King both qualified for the British Final on June 15 after finishing joint top of the standings in the semi-final held at the Adrian Flux Arena, Lynn on Wednesday.

The seven-time British Champion was declared the winner on the countback system.

Both ended the meeting with 11 points – three race wins and a second place each, but the deciding factor was a last place from the Aces man as King fell in his third race which relegated him to second in the standings.

Both make it though to the championship final at Wolverhampton on Monday, June 15. They will be joined by third place finisher on the night Leigh Lanham, Belle Vue’s Craig Cook, Swindon’s Kyle Howarth, reigning champion Tai Woffinden (pictured on the left, yellow helmet) and Scunthorpe’s Carl Wilkinson, who grabbed the last place.
