Woman discharged from King’s Lynn hospital after being found injured at Downham Market address




A woman has been discharged from hospital after being found injured at a town address on Friday afternoon.

Police were called to Landseer Drive in Downham at around 2.48pm following reports that the woman had received an injury to her abdomen.

She was transported to Lynn’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital, and a seal was put in place while officers conducted enquiries to establish the circumstances of the incident. It was removed the following day.

A Norfolk Police spokesperson has now confirmed that the woman has been discharged from hospital and is now recovering.

“Following inquiries we can confirm we are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident and that there is no wider threat to the public,” they said.
