Congham Hall celebrates spring with special offers like WhataHoot King's Lynn gin experience
Spring is blossoming at Congham Hall Hotel, where five new luxury suites, the Orchard Cabins (pictured) recently opened among the budding apple trees.
To celebrate the season, the country-house hotel has launched two new offers, "Spring Treats" and the "WhataHoot! Gin Experience".
Guests booking the Spring Treats two-night midweek stay will receive their choice of one of three complimentary perks – a 45-minute sole therapy treatment in the hotel's Secret Garden Spa, a full afternoon tea for two, or a bottle of Champagne in their room on arrival.
The package also includes a three-course meal for two on both evenings from the à la carte menu in the hotel's 2 AA Rosette restaurant The Samphire Kitchen and full English breakfasts each morning.
Guests booking the WhataHoot! Gin Experience will qualify for a 10 per cent discount on dinner, bed and breakfast rates.
The interactive two-hour experience takes place on Thursdays at the award-winning distillery WhataHoot! in nearby historic Lynn. Guests will experiment with botanicals to create a 70cl bottle of their own spirit to take home, and, of course, sample some of WhataHoot!'s own recipes.
All guests can also explore the local Spring landscape on the self-guided Norfolk Garden Trail, free to download or available in print from reception. The trail features a variety of interesting local gardens, from one of the finest royal gardens at neighbouring Sandringham House to the water gardens at Gooderstone and Congham Hall's own herb plot.
Spring Treats costs from £530 to £950 for two people, depending on choice of room or suite, for stays between Monday and Thursday nights until May 26, 2022. Spa treatments can be upgraded for a supplement.
WhataHoot! Gin Experience costs £75 and guests booking through Congham Hall Hotel will qualify for a 10 per cent discount on dinner, bed and breakfast rates. Valid on Wednesday and Thursday nights in May and June.
