North Lynn woman did not have train fare, so lied to get car insurance, court told

A North Lynn woman so short of money that she couldn’t afford the train fare to a job interview bought a day’s car insurance instead.

But Jessica Kerry, who didn’t have a driving licence, used a friend’s details to get the policy and was caught drug-driving.

Magistrates in Lynn on Thursday were told that 27-year-old Kerry was offered the job but had to turn it down.
