People in Fakenham and the rest of North Norfolk are being invited to come forward and shared their views on the future development of North Norfolk.
The first stage of drawing up the Local Development Plan saw organisations and individuals have their say on the subjects they would like it to cover.
The next stage of preparation of the Local Development Plan involves identifying potential areas and sites for development and this will see North Norfolk Council starting the process with a ‘Call for Sites’.
This stage is likely to take place towards the end of the year and will ask people to put forward potential sites for development.
Sue Arnold, cabinet member for planning at North Norfolk Council said: “I would urge people to get involved in the Local Development Plan; this is a real opportunity to help shape the future of our district.”
