Harry, of North Wootton, now heads up Fluential, an influencer marketing agency, initially a sub brand of To The End, part of the Maze Media group.

Harry, a former Springwood High student left school at 16 and after a couple of years in other roles, he joined To The End as a social media specialist.

Said Harry: "I'd always wanted something of my own and working with such entrepreneurial and supportive bosses, it wasn't long until the opportunity arose.

"We set up Fluential with myself at the helm so that I could prove to the partners that it would work. Shortly after we were working with large clients from all the country. That was a year and a half ago and now we're a limited company and I was appointed managing director."

One of Fluential's campaigns which is ongoing with the National Crime Agency is to raise awareness about "sextortion" where young males have been tricked into recording sexual acts and later blackmailed.

"We are highlighting how easy it is for people to fall into the trap," said Harry.

Since Harry was appointed MD, he has used his position to have a positive impact in as many areas as possible. He has given talks in schools and colleges about digital roles for young people in the modern world and spoken to hundreds of road safety officials about engaging young people on social media to spread important messages. Next month he will speaking at the National Road Safety Conference as a guest of Road Safety Great Britain.

Harry spends most of his working time in Lynn, although his company has a base in London too. "Some of my greatest client wins have happened whilst based in Lynn and I like to prove that the town can give the capital a run for its money," said Harry, who grew up in Leziate.

Outside of work, Harry is a keen singer and last appeared in the Lynn News when he was winner of a talent show at a holiday park aged 11. He still plays at his favourite pubs when he's in West Norfolk, including the Rose and Crown at Harpley.
