Two charities in West Norfolk have been nominated by Lynn’s Mothercare branch to receive their Mother’s Day charity gifts, named Gift a Bundle.

Customers were encouraged to donate their used or unwanted items to charity, including details about sizes, gender and seasonal wear, to benefit somebody else.

Baby Basics provide parents and carers with items for newborns up to three-months-old and work alongside the West Norfolk branch of the National Childbirth Trust (NCT) who offer items for three-month-olds to children up to five-years-old.

Volunteer, Alix Birks said: “The generous donation from Mothercare’s Gift a Bundle scheme has boosted our stock of clothing hugely and it will be amazing to be able to help more families in need.” Pictured above at St Nicholas Church, in Dersingham, where Baby Basics West Norfolk is based, are volunteers from both organisations with Mother’s Day charity gifts.
