Developer Lovell gains gold award recognising customer satisfaction

The East Anglian region of partnerships developer Lovell has received a gold award recognising its ability to deliver customer satisfaction.

The region includes its current project at Fakenham, as well as others in Holt, Walsham-le-Willows, Acle, Wymondham and Gislingham.

Run by specialist market research company In-house Research, the awards are based on customer feedback in a survey completed by new home owners about their experience of buying their Lovell property.
