Pedestrian taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn with head injuries following collision on A134 at Whittington

A pedestrian was taken to hospital with head injuries following a collision on the A134 this morning.
The A134 at Whittington was shut off to traffic earlier this morning due to a road traffic collision.
It was reopened at 9.22am, but Norfolk Police said a pedestrian involved had suffered leg and head injuries.
They were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance following the incident.
Officers had urged people to avoid the scene while emergency services were in attendance.
