Polar has come from a home after a change in circumstances. He is seven years old and needs to be an only pet.

His whole life has been turned upside down and he is understandably nervous and worried in kennels, but day by day he is doing better and getting out with our lovely volunteers.

Polar walks really well on the lead but can be worried by other dogs, so we feel he would like a quieter home and area to live in with someone who can let him settle at his own pace and be given lots of reassurance whilst he adjusts to a new life.

He will need someone at home most of the day to start, he is a little overweight and will need regular walks and additional playtimes in a good sized secure garden. Polar loves his toys, is house-trained and travels well
