Police appeal after seven-vehicle pile-up on A47 near Swaffham
Witnesses are being urged to come forward following a multi-vehicle crash which closed the A47 for several hours at the weekend.
Police say seven vehicles were involved in the incident, which happened on the westbound carriagway between Narborough and Swaffham, at around 10.15am on Saturday.
Although no-one was seriously hurt, the road was closed for around four hours while emergency crews dealt with the incident.
Police say they want to hear from anyone who saw the collision and are particularly keen to speak to the driver of a dark Vauxhall Vectra who is believed to have been in the area at around the time of the crash.
Anyone who has information about the incident, or dashboard camera footage of it, is asked to contact PC Andy Miles, of the Swaffham-based roads policing unit, via the non-emergency 101 number.
