Police appeal for information about A148 Fakenham crash which left one man seriously injured

Police are looking to speak to anyone who may have witnessed a crash which left one man seriously injured.

Officers were called to the A148 Holt Road between Trap Lane and Water Moore Lane in Fakenham at 7.06am this morning following reports of a collision involving two white Ford Transit vans.

The road was closed while emergency services – including paramedics – attended the scene.

One of the drivers, a man in his 20s, was taken to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with serious injuries.

The other driver, a man aged in his 30s, was taken to Lynn’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital with minor injuries.

The road was reopened at 9.48am.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or who may have relevant dashcam footage.
