Police probe after Dersingham football pitches wrecked by mopeds

An investigation has been launched after moped riders reportedly damaged football pitches in a West Norfolk village yesterday morning.

Police say the incident happened in Dersingham at around 7.30am on Tuesday, when the machines were ridden across the ground.

Anyone who saw any suspicious activity at the time, or who has information, is asked to contact PC Glen Barnes at Hunstanton Police Station on 101 quoting incident number 38 of February 16.
