Police seal in place on Downham Market’s Landseer Drive and enquiries ongoing after woman injured in incident

Police have sealed off part of a residential road in Downham today after reports that a woman had received an injury to her abdomen.

Emergency services, including an air ambulance, were sent to Landseer Drive after receiving a call regarding the incident at 2.48pm.

The woman was taken to Lynn’s Queen Elizabeth Hospital by land ambulance.

Officers have said the injury is not believed to be life-threatening.

At 5.35pm, they said a seal was in place and officers were conducting enquiries to establish the circumstances of the incident.
