Sporle pupils inspired by BBC Springwatch write to Chris Packham and Michaela Strachan
Pupils from Sporle Church of England Primary School have been inspired by BBC Springwatch presenters Chris Packham and Michaela Strachan.
With live filming continuing from Wild Ken Hill, Snettisham the pupils from Woodpecker class have written letters to the presenters which were passed on by Wild Ken Hill for them to read.
Pictured reading the letters from the children, both Chris Packham and Michaela Strachan replied to the youngsters in a video message which you can watch here.
Michaela said: "To Woodpecker class at Sporle school we just want to say thank you very much for your letters and watching the show and being really wild, getting involved in loving British wildlife."
Chris said: "If you're lucky to have any school grounds you could let them go a bit wild.
"Get the teachers and parents to dig a pond."
Michaela said: "Dig a pond and put some bird seed out, put some water out and enjoy anything that arrives."
