Queen attends Sunday service at St Mary’s Church, Hillington

Have your say

A small crowd of well-wishers gathered at St Mary’s Church, Hillington, on Sunday to welcome the Queen.

The Queen had been due to attend the same church last January, but this was called off after a section of the ceiling above the pulpit collapsed.

The 45-minute service at the 15th century church was led by Canon Jonathan Riviere.

Also among the atendees were David Armstrong-Jones, Viscount Linley, and his wife, Serena Armstrong-Jones, Viscountess Linley.
