Downham Market man refused to supply police with blood sample

An arrested Downham man was unhappy that police had to wait to transport him to the custody suite.

Michael Shackcloth, 33, had been held after failing a roadside drugs wipe on the A10.

Police checks had revealed that he did not have a driving licence and the Ford Fusion was not insured, magistrates in Lynn were told on Thursday.
