Residents at Amberley Hall Care Home reminisce at special session

Residents at Amberley Hall Care Home, in Lynn, were invited to Lynn Museum to attend a crafting and reminisce session with the curator of Gressenhall Museum Megan Dennis.

The session was about Norfolk Pubs, including pub games and smells.

Busy residents enjoyed the tea and cake on offer, making beer mats which will be displayed at Gressenhall, playing pub games, looking at artifacts and trying pub food such as pork scratchings.

Amberley Hall Care Home activities co-ordinater Elaine Lott said: “All of the residents were involved. They had a lovely time, enjoyed all of the activities on offer and got so much out of it.”
