A packed Easter egg hunt and fayre helped to raise hundreds of pounds towards entertainment for residents at a West Norfolk retirement home at the weekend.
Crowds flocked to the Friedham rest home in Heacham on Saturday to support the event.
The home’s co-owner, Helen Marshall, said: “We hold events each year at Easter, Christmas and summer to raise money for the residents’ entertainment fund.
“We usually make around £5-700.”
Staff baked cakes, family members helped to run the competitions during the day, while many prizes were donated both by family members and local businesses.
The fund enables the home to organise days trips for the 24 residents, take them out for a meal or pay for musical entertainment to be brought into the home.
