Residents of Castle Rising say floods have never been so bad 'in living memory'

Fields on the Castle Rising Estate between Onion Corner and the Babingley River bridge have been under water for many days, as many parts of Norfolk become flooded, residents of Castle Acre say that it has 'never been so bad in living memory'.

Ann Hornby of Gaywood took these pictures to show the extent of the flooding, which has caused farmers to move flocks of sheep away from the 'lakes' of water.

Over the weekend there have been 11 flood warnings and 3 severe flood warnings from the environmental agency,despite a dry weekend more rain is expected on Tuesday.
