Here are the road closures taking place while Run Sandringham half marathon takes place




Motorists are being warned of road closures ahead of a running event happening at Sandringham soon.

Run Sandringham is taking place on Sunday, June 16 and will see athletes take on a half marathon and the community mile.

Norfolk County Council are issuing road closures to ensure that the event runs smoothly.

The order will be in place from 7am-2pm and will restrict traffic on the full length of Common Road up to the junction of Princess’ Drive.

It will also mean that Folly Hill will be closed from the Scotch Belt junction to Donkey Pond Hill.

Alternative routes will be via B1439 Lynn Road, A149 Queen Elizabeth Way, C79 Double Lodges Road and B1440 Hillington Road.
