A village footbridge is due to be replaced – meaning that it will be closed for a few days.
The Castle Acre Footpath on South Acre Road will be shut from Monday, January 29 to Friday, February 2.
Weather permitting, the work is expected to take around a week and will cost £8,000 to repair.
It will involve the removal of the existing rotten footbridge and the installation of the replacement footbridge.
Work will be carried out by Norfolk County Council’s Community and Environmental Services Department and their contractors.
