Hunstanton's Sean walks coastline in aid of cancer charity
Sean Grand, from Hunstanton, is taking a short rest from walking around the UK coastline in aid of the Children With Cancer UK charity.
Sean has been back home for family reasons, but is hoping to set off again in November.
Accompanied by his dog Ghost, his fiancée will also be joining him on part of the route.
His epic trek of more than 7,000 miles can be followed on Facebook #SeanandGhostwalkthecoast to see his pictures and people he meets along the way.
Mr Grand said: "This walk has brought out the best in me and also allowed me to see the best in people as well.
"This has been the most rewarding experience in my life so far and I have met some wonderful friends while doing so.
"The plan is to make it a good way up the east coast of Scotland before Christmas. I will be heading back to North Shields where I left off, then I'll pop home for Christmas."
Children with Cancer UK is dedicated to raising money for research and providing care for children with cancer and their families. Funds raised so far total £330 on his Just Giving page with a goal to reach of £15,000.
Mr Grand said: "The reason I picked this charity is because I have known young people who have died from cancer and children are our future.
"I'm also doing this to raise awareness in mental health in mean as I suffer from mental health issues myself.
