Sandringham crash victim criticises court sentence

The husband of the couple seriously injured in a collision involving their motorbike and a car at Sandringham last summer has criticised the sentence given to the driver.

Billy Rumsey , 40, was given a community order and a 12 month driving ban by Lynn magistrates on Thursday.

He pleaded guilty to charges of drug-driving and driving without due care and attention at an earlier hearing.
