Members of Lynn’s Trinity Rotary Club were spreading Christmas cheer and collecting for a good cause at two supermarkets last week, already raising £900 and hoping to raise even more before the festive season comes to a close.

Lesley Bambridge, of the group, said: “People are so generous even when there are so many good causes to support, and we are so grateful.

“We use the funds to support local projects like providing BREAK with bicycles and swings for the children, and supporting local musicians.”

You can see Santa’s sleigh in South Lynn tonight, Tuesday, December 16, between 5 and 7.30pm.
