Students at St Martha's Catholic Primary School, Field Lane in Lynn performed the junior version of Sister Act last week with four performances to parents, teachers and students.
The Year 6 pupils all got a chance to be involved in this production that has a different soundtrack to the Whoopi Goldberg film.
It was directed and choreographed by Sara-Jane Brennock, teaching assistant for year five, and she said: "All of year six had something to do and take part in the production.

"There is an audition process for the main characters, scripts to learn and they sing aswell, it was all very exciting.
"We had four weeks of rehearsal because of how manic it's been but usually we would have more.
"Year five have also performed Romeo and Juliet and every year group gets to do some sort of performance.

"Reception, years one and two do the Nativity, year three and four do an Easter production, year five do a Shakespeare play and year six do a musical.
"There are children who may never experience it and without this there could be talent we never knew about wasted.
"We give every child the opportunity so that it helps later on in life for public speaking, confidence, doing presentations and job interviews and we think this is really important."

"The parents absolutely loved it and we got really positive feedback.
"Some parents said they had never seen anything so professional.
"It is setting the standard for them to perform to the best of their ability and sows the hard work that goes behind the scenes in the production.

"We applied for a licence for the sound track which is sent through and we have our own lighting system and mics for the main characters so they can be heard.
