The head chef of a leading West Norfolk hotel swapped fine dining for the chippy this week as he launched his new fish and chip shop.
Eric Snaith, the head chef at the Titchwell Manor Hotel, pictured above with restaurant manager Kayleigh Roe, has opened Eric’s Fish and Chip Shop in Thornham.
A launch party was held at the shop, which welcomed its first customers earlier this month, on Wednesday.
And Mr Snaith said he had been keen to open a chip shop for several years.
He said: “I really like the contrast to what we do at the hotel, some really simple food done as well as you can.” Photo: MLNF15PB04003
