The aisles at Sainsbury’s in Hardwick Road, Lynn, will be filled with music over the weekend as the King’s Lynn Trinity Rotary will be at the store with their Santa Sleigh and the Lavender Hill Mob will be performing a selection of Christmas songs and carols and also helping customers at the checkouts.

Chris Pardoe, Store Manager for Sainsbury’s Hardwick Road, said: ”Live carols singing is sure to create a brilliant atmosphere for our customers and colleagues ahead of Christmas, and where’re really pleased we can support these charities during the festive season.”

Also on the weekend of December 20-21, the store will be collecting for Little Discoverers who were chosen as the stores Local Charity partner back in July. Some of the colleagues at the store will be wearing Little Discoverers T-shirt and asking customer to put their spare change in the bucket on the checkouts.
