Six more coronavirus patients die at King's Lynn hospital

LEARN MORESix more patients have died after testing positive for the coronavirus at Lynn's Queen Elizabeth Hospital, it has been announced this afternoon.
That means the total number of deaths at the Gayton Road site has now risen to 24.
Chief executive Caroline Shaw said a short time ago: “We can confirm today that a further six patients, five men and a woman aged between 59 and 81, who had tested positive for COVID-19 have died while being cared for at our hospital.
"Our thoughts are with their families and loved ones.”
The announcement comes as the national death toll rose by 938 in the past 24 hours and now stands at 7,097.
The total number of confirmed cases in Norfolk stood at 341 as of yesterday.
