Smithdon High takes home winning shield




Teams under West Norfolk Academies Trust went head-to-head in Dow Chemical King’s Lynn’s new STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) initiative last week.

The top four teams of Year 8 students from Terrington St Clement, Marshland St James, Smithdon and Springwood High School then took part in the final presentation and judging ceremony at Dow’s site on Monday.

Each team was presented with an individual trophy, and the overall winning school was Smithdon High School.
