Solicitors Ward Gethin Archer launch new family mediation service at its offices including those at King's Lynn, Downham Market, Swaffham and Heacham

Solicitors Ward Gethin Archer is offering a new family mediation service aimed at helping people resolve their disputes.

Mediation helps parties reach an agreement between themselves, avoiding the need for court proceedings. It can play a part in a range of family matters including separation, divorce, child arrangements, property and finance.

Sarah Fairbrother, director and family solicitor at Ward Gethin Archer is a trained mediator. She said: “Family matters, especially separation, can be very upsetting for all concerned. Our new mediation service helps families to find a solution that is right for them and will benefit any children involved.”

The new service is available at the firm's office network, including Downham, Heacham, Lynn (Tuesday Market Place and Regis Place, Bergen Way, North Lynn Industrial Estate), and Swaffham. Mediation to help with employment disputes is also available at all their offices.
