RSPCA East Winch Wildlife Centre to host spring market tomorrow

A spring market that has previously raised thousands of pounds for a wildlife centre is being held once again tomorrow -with the chance of seeing some seals.

The event is being held at RSPCA’s East Winch Wildlife Centre’s visitor centre and will host an array of stallholders selling items from fresh produce, bread, plants arts and crafts, gifts and more.

In addition to stalls, there will also be a tombola and a raffle. The spring tombola has been organised by volunteers.

The market will start at 9.30am and finish at 3.30pm.

Evangelos Achilleos, RSPCA East Winch Wildlife Centre manager, said: “We are so excited to be hosting another market at our centre and we are inviting people to come down and have a look at all the lovely gifts and food on offer.

“Those who attend will also be able to visit our shop too, and, as we have seals in their pools for rehabilitation, you may get to see some through the visitor centre’s window.

“The people of Norfolk and further afield have always been so supportive of our work here at the East Winch Wildlife Centre and we hope that they will take the time to pay us a visit.

“The money raised for us will be used to help the many animals in our care.”

There is parking at the centre and the address is: Gayton Rd, East Winch, PE32 1LG.
