A fall down stairs caused a head injury which led to a woman's death in Lynn's Queen Elizabeth Hospital, a court has heard.

Tracy Anne Lear, 55, died at the Gayton Road site on November 7 last year.

An inquest into her death, held in Norwich yesterday, was told that she had been admitted to hospital in the early hours of that day after falling down stairs at her home.
