Swaffham pub and district council deliver thousands of meals to vulnerable residents but some emergency operations will cease

Thousands of meals have already been delivered to vulnerable residents in the Swaffham area during the pandemic, and despite lockdown restrictions starting to ease, some emergency services will continue to be offered.

The White Hart Pub, located on London Street in Swaffham, has been the base for an Emergency Action Group to support people in isolation during the coronavirus.

The pub's 'Hart to Home' meals delivery service will continue for "as long as needs be" following a positive response.
