King's Lynn teenager Lily proves she's a great draw
A talented Lynn artist has designed a Christmas card for a charity that will be on sale to the general public.
Last year, Lily Edwards, 19, who has Down's Syndrome, embarked upon a marathon Christmas card session, in aid of the Down's Syndrome Association raising more than £400.
Lily's dad Paul said: "The National Down's Syndrome Association were so impressed with Lily's artworks they asked her to design a card for them to produce and sell nationally.
"Lily has also embarked upon a similar home handmade card making task this year again raising monies for the Downs Syndrome Association. She has £250 worth of orders already"
Lily is also a digital guardian for a IT security company Digital Safety CIC, recording regular blogs aimed at children and people with learning difficulties.
Mr Edwards said: "Lily is working on a Christmas internet shopping-safety message which will be completed and released next week."
