Television explorer goes back to Upwell Academy

A writer and television presenter has returned to his old school in West Norfolk to share some of the tricks of his trade with current pupils.

Will Millard gave a talk to youngsters at Upwell Academy on Thursday morning before cutting the ribbon to open the school’s new Riverside garden.

The garden has been developed as an outdoor learning and conservation area with the support of pupils, parents and governors, as well as the school’s Friends group, other village residents and businesses.
