Three people arrested after suspected counterfeit money discovered on Hunstanton seafront

Two men and a woman have been arrested after police discovered after £2,000 of suspected counterfeit cash at the weekend.

Officers in Hunstanton were called to the seafront on Sunday morning.

A police spokesperson said searches revealed around £2,000 in cash, after which two men in their 30s and a woman in her 40s were arrested.

The trio have been released on bail until August 2.
