Traders in the Swaffham area are being encouraged to sign up for a series of courses designed to help them boost their business this new year.
Breckland Training Services, an external training team to the district council, is running five discounted evening workshops across the district during January and February.
The programme includes a session on improving tenders for local government contracts, which will take place in Swaffham on February 25.
Mark Kiddle-Morris, the district council’s executive member for assets and strategic development, said: “Each of the courses cover an important aspect of managing a business in the modern age and suggest ways that both new and established businesses can push on to the next level in 2015.
“I urge businesses to make the most of this opportunity and to get in touch to reserve their place. We can also provide information on the additional support Breckland offers, including grant support and additional training.”
Places on any of the courses, which begin on January 21, cost £20 each. For more information, or to book a place, phone 01362 656869.
