Two men have been arrested in connection with a break-in at a supermarket in Swaffham during the early hours of this morning.

Police were called to the Asda premises in Lynn Street at around 1.50am today where items were said to have been "displaced."

A dog unit was drafted in and led officers to a property in Orchard Place where two men, aged 39 and 55, were arrested on suspicion of burglary. Cigarettes and razor blades, which are believed to have been stolen, were seized.

The men remain in custody awaiting questioning and inquiries are continuing.
