Two people were taken to hospital following a collision between a car and a motorbike on the A149 at Hunstanton yesterday afternoon.

Police have appealed for witnesses following the crash, which involved a black Nissan Micra and happened at around 4pm on Sunday.

The rider and passenger on the motorbike were both taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Lynn, though police said their injuries were not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing.

The road was closed for nearly two hours as emergency crews dealt with the incident, leading to long queues on nearby routes.

An investigation into the crash has been launched and police say they would like to hear from anyone who has dashcam footage of what happened.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Norfolk Police on the non-emergency 101 number, quoting incident number 327 of August 5.
