Two men arrested on suspicion of Gaywood burglary
Officers were called out to a property early this morning after two men were believed to have caused criminal damage.
Police received a call to attend Queen Mary Road in Gaywood shortly before 4.30am to reports of a break-in at a property.
Two men in their thirties were subsequently arrested by officers following the call.
A spokeswoman for Norfolk Police said: "Officers attended and enquiries led them to arrest two men in nearby St Faith's Drive a short time later.
"The men, aged 33 and 39, were arrested on suspicion of burglary and taken to King’s Lynn Police Investigation Centre where they remain in custody and will be questioned.
"Nothing was stolen in the burglary, but the property was damaged during the incident."
The spokeswoman said on Friday that the two men have been released on bail while enquiries continue.
