Men from Sutton Bridge and Spalding deny drugs charges
Two men have denied conspiring to supply cocaine when they appeared at Lincoln Crown Court.
Kym Goody, 30, of Wright’s Lane, Sutton Bridge, pleaded not guilty to conspiring to supply a Class A drug between February 5 and April 20, 2023.
Tyler Wilson, 19, of Ritz Court, Spalding, entered a not guilty plea to the same charge.
A third man, Clifford Hatt, 55, of Basildon, Essex, also denied the same offence.
Three other men charged in connection with the cocaine conspiracy also appeared at Lincoln Crown Court but did not enter pleas to the offence.
Ross Daines, 34, of Sawtry, Cambridgeshire; Philip Bell, 53, who is remanded into custody; and a sixth man, Joshua Jackson, 32, will re-appear at Lincoln Crown Court on November 11.
Judge Simon Hirst adjourned the case for a provisional trial date beginning at Lincoln Crown Court on November 27.
The trial is expected to last four weeks.
All the defendants except Mr Bell were granted conditional bail.
