Police are currently on the scene of a fatal house fire in North Lynn.
Officers were called to an address in Alice Fisher Crescent around 6.20am this morning, to assist the fire and rescue service after reports of a fire at a residential property.
One person within the premises has died. Another person, who was rescued by firefighters, has been taken to hospital with smoke inhalation.
Four fire crews, three from Lynn and one from Sandringham, spent around two hours at the scene tackling the fire. The last engine left the scene at around 8.30am.
A cordon is in place around the property. An investigation into the cause of the fire has been launched.
