Clenchwarton Community Foundation Trust teams up with West Norfolk First Responders to deliver life-saving CPR and defibrillator skills to residents





A village community has clubbed together to teach crucial life-saving skills to residents.

Clenchwarton Community Foundation Trust teamed up with West Norfolk First Responders to deliver vital CPR and defibrillator training on Saturday, August 10.

Some 23 people attended and were shown how to respond effectively to individuals in need of assistance.

In particular, each learner was left with the confidence to manage cardiac emergencies and call for emergency help.

Rob Lucas, a member of the trust, said: “We are delighted with the turnout and the level of engagement from our community.

“This training is an essential part of our mission to create a safer, more resilient environment for everyone.”

The group plans to continue its commitment to community safety and preparedness, reinforcing the importance of these skills in emergencies.
