West Winch man Kelvin Morgan arrested again and remanded in custody





A West Winch man has been remanded in custody after being arrested once again.

Kelvin Morgan, 46, of Watering Lane, has been charged with a number of offences in the past month, including sexual assault, assault and breaching bail conditions.

He was arrested once again yesterday morning (Friday) in the village on suspicion of stalking, and appeared at Norwich Magistrates’ Court in the afternoon.

He was remanded in prison to next appear at court on Thursday (July 11).

Morgan appeared at Lynn Magistrates’ Court on June 13, where he pleaded not guilty to four counts of sexual assault and one count of common assault.

He was later at Norwich Crown Court charged with one count of common assault, another of harassment and two counts of breaching bail conditions.

On June 26, he appeared at Norwich Magistrates’ Court charged with two counts of stalking.

During his third visit to the docks last month, Norwich Magistrates’ Court released him on conditional bail.
