Blooming lovely floral revamp of King’s Lynn’s The Walks fountain

A prominent feature in The Walks in Lynn has been given a colourful makeover.

A range of majestic flowers have been added to the fountain to give it a burst of colour and a fresh look for visitors to the park.

A West Norfolk Council spokesperson said: “The public open space team who manage The Walks turned the fountain into a colourful floral display last month (June) to make use of an asset in the Walks that has not had water in it since 2019.

“We hope that by doing this it brightens up people's day when using the park and will also contribute to our entry for Anglia in Bloom.

“Our team in the Walks have received positive feedback from residents since adding the display.”
