Any successful business needs to bring forward the next generation of workers and leaders to help build a sustainable and successful future.

With that in mind, the Apprentice or Trainee of the Year category at the 2022 Mayor’s Business Awards will recognise the best young talent in the West Norfolk economy.

But, with just two weeks left until nominations close, you’d better be quick if you want to put forward the people who you think most deserve to be recognised on the big night in the spring.

This award is for the rising stars of tomorrow, aged 35 or under, who have made an exceptional contribution to their workplace and can demonstrate commitment to personal development, dedication to career progression and outstanding levels of success.

Perhaps you know someone whose exceptional dedication to their customers during the coronavirus crisis marked them out as a future leader. Or maybe you have a young colleague who simply gets on with their job and always produces high quality results. Whatever the story, let us hear about them.

The awards are delighted to welcome back a long-term supporter in estate agents Brown & Co, who are sponsoring the Businessperson of the Year award.
