West Norfolk allocated £1.5m in second round of funding in response to Covid-19
West Norfolk Council is among the smaller district councils in the country which have received a big increase in the second round of Government funding to help respond to coronavirus.
The Government confirmed last week how it would allocate the second £1.6bn package to help councils respond to Covid-19 pressures across all the services they deliver.
On March 19, the Government had previously announced £1.6bn of additional funding for local government. The latest £1.6bn in additional funding was announced on April 18.
