West Norfolk crews called to several more grass fires

Fire crews were called to deal with a grass blaze on the Fairstead estate on Sunday evening.

The incident happened in Fred Ackland Road at around 6.20pm.

Earlier, units from Swaffham and Dereham were called to a rubbish fire in Castle Acre Road, Swaffham shortly after 5.30pm.

Crews from Heacham and Sandringham dealt with a stubble field blaze in Snettisham shortly before noon.

And units also had to put out a fire on a grass embankment in Priory Road, North Wootton at around 8.30am.
