West Norfolk driver caught on road two weeks after being banned for drink-driving

By Lynn News Reporter

Just two weeks after being banned from driving until 2021, a woman was caught behind the wheel on Friday evening by King's Lynn Police.

A social media post by the police said the woman had previously been disqualified for drink-driving.

She was the fifth driver caught by police in their last five shifts through Operation Moonshot.

Operation Moonshot is where police target criminals using Automatic Number Plate Technology, which instantly checks a suspected vehicle using database records.
